Limited Lifetime Warranty

All of our products are covered by a limited lifetime warranty, guaranteeing that the product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship upon receipt.*This warranty lasts for the life of the original purchaser, beginning on the date of purchase directly from Ornamentus.de and applies to the items in the original order, not replacement parts. A warranty exchange can only be made once per item. However, the warranty will be void immediately if the product is purchased from an unauthorized dealer or third party. Please note that this warranty only protects against damage caused by normal wear/use. Lost or stolen items or damage caused by carelessness are not covered by this warranty. In the event that your chain or link hardware breaks, We will honor this warranty and repair or replace the item once the original item has been returned to us or we arrange the exchange by other means to permit. You are responsible for the postage costs of returning the item to us, but not for the postage costs required to return the replacement item to you. For plated products we allow 6 months on plating under normal use. If a damaged item is out of stock or unavailable, this warranty will be void. If we are able, we may offer partial credit or a similar replacement for items that are no longer available and that are currently for sale on the Site.
