Ornamentus product guarantee

At Ornamentus we are proud of the quality and durability of our jewelry. Therefore, we offer a comprehensive guarantee of 365 days from the purchase date on all of our jewelry made of 316l stainless steel. This guarantee covers material and processing errors that occur during normal use.

What is 316l stainless steel?

316L stainless steel, known for its extraordinary corrosion resistance and durability, is a premium metal alloy that is often used in jewelry production. This type of steel is particularly suitable for sensitive skin because it is hypoallergenic and does not lead to irritation.

Guarantee conditions

Under this guarantee, we undertake to repair or replace every product that has material or manufacturing errors free of charge. To make use of the guarantee, please keep your purchase receipt and contact our customer service, should a problem occur. We ask you to note that this guarantee does not apply to damage due to improper use, normal wear or damage by third parties (e.g. by repairs that were not authorized by ornamentus).

Our 365-day guarantee reflects our trust in the quality and craftsmanship of our jewelry. We want you to be completely satisfied and stand behind each of our pieces.

What is covered by the guarantee?

Our guarantee covers all material and processing errors that can occur within one year after purchase. If your jewelry breaks within this period without your own fault, discoloration or have other quality deficiencies, we will be happy to exchange the affected piece.

What to do in the guarantee?

If you notice a defect or a discoloration, simply contact our customer service. You will receive detailed instructions on how to send us the affected piece of jewelry. After an exam, we confirm the defect and immediately send you a new, equivalent piece.

What is not under the guarantee?


The guarantee does not apply to damage caused by improper use, accidents, normal wear and tear or unauthorized repair attempts. The natural wear and tear of gold -plated and the scratching of surfaces are not under the guarantee.
